Our Team consists of two Language Arts and two Math Facilitators that specialize in
primary or intermediate instruction.
We have an experienced and dedicated group of Facilitators. Each one strives to create
a supportive and challenging classroom atmosphere and works to encourage teachers to excel and utilize assessment data to
drive their instruction. We work to create a positive working partnership with other educators.
In our cooperative efforts to help students, coaches undertake three kinds of roles:
- As Facilitator, a coach helps effective, skillful teachers continue to succeed and leads
a school toward a commitment to the success of all students.
- As Collaborative Problem Solver, a coach employs a systematic, structured process to work
with teachers to address problems in the classroom that may be keeping students from making adequate gains.
- As Teacher/Learner, a coach shares effective, proven strategies with groups of teachers
to provide professional deveopment.
